Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW. The Service Coordinator role will coordinate services and lead practice, providing supervision, on the ground role-modelling, coaching and support for staff as well as supports to the clients.
This role reports to the Service Manager - Kellyville Cluster and assists with managing five Kellyville houses and client plans to create an empowering and enabling environment for people with disabilities and maximise opportunities to meet personal goals and lifestyles. Through effective leadership, this role supports staff to meet client needs ensuring active support.
You are a disability service professional with experience managing behaviours and complex health care.
