OT, Physio, Social Worker, Clinical Psych, Speech Pathologist or Rehab Counsellor in a CLINICAL ASSESSOR role.
Salary: $83,940- $100,420 plus 9% super, plus packaged vehicle with generous salary packaging benefits of up to $15,899 per year.
Positions available with Access Care Network Australia in locations across Australia (except NT, sorry!).
From July 2021, we start assessing using the new NDIS process… Before then, we are searching across Australia for great people to join us and build the best independent assessment process with us. ACNA is proud of leading the way in strengths-based, capacity building assessment processes. Join us to continue this work so we can make a difference for people living with disability.
Using standardised tools, you will provide new and existing participants with access to free NDIS assessments, removing the need for them to organise an assessment or collect evidence to show the impact of their disability, saving them time and money.
Importantly these assessments will take place in their own home and environment, enabling them to provide a complete picture of their capabilities.
If you are an OT, Physio, Social Worker, Clinical Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Speech Pathologist and want to be a part of positive change in the NDIS then why not consider joining Access Care Network Australia (ACNA), a forward-thinking and innovative not-for-profit organisation.
To help you consider your suitability for this role, we have included the Position Description. Of course we want to make sure you are a great fit for the ACNA, so we are looking for people that align with ACNA’s values of supporting people to be their best and always striving to learn, improve and grow. Hiring people whose own values align with ours allows us to build awesome teams of like-minded individuals who are able to create the best outcomes for our clients.
We could insert a spiel here demonstrating what a great organisation we are to work for, but instead we invite you to listen to stories from our team in our Podcast and read these quotes from some of our team:
“We worked really well together to come up with solutions that worked for the team rather than working in our own little world. We came up with a joint model that we could all work together to achieve what we needed to achieve - meeting output requirements.”
“Having [the] team work together closely…. it gives you a sense of ownership and pride. It provides the foundation of trust in the team that I am working with. It was definitely a really positive experience for me and something I was glad to be a part of.”
Sure, we work hard and have contractual KPIs to meet, but we also want you to have a great employment experience with ACNA and leave us better off than when you arrived through the provision of great learning opportunities and clear connection to the leadership team.
Simply click on Apply Now to answer the survey we have created to collect all the necessary information. No letter or response to selection criteria is required, but do be ready to attach your CV.
You will receive an email confirmation that we have your application. We will then check your alignment to ACNA and the role and send you more information about the process.
