About the role

The Intake and Triage Coordinator will oversee referral management, intake, triage, appointment booking, rostering and treatment brokerage monitoring for programs delivering forensic AOD assessment and treatment services within ACSO's Forensic Assessment and Coordination Service. The Intake and Triage Coordinator will also ensure that services utilising ACSO's Client Management System have access to relevant clients and information.

What we're looking for

  • A relevant qualification; Cert/Diploma in Administration, Data-entry, Community Services, and/or related to the work required to be performed.
  • Appropriate training and relevant experience in administrative roles; and/or an appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to liaise with consumers, stakeholders and peers
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Able to prioritise tasks, and work in an ever-changing and flexible environment
  • An awareness of the criminal justice system
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and awareness of current privacy legislation
  • Experienced and competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong and demonstrated commitment and alignment to the ACSO Vision, Values and Purpose

What ACSO can offer you

  • Part-time 0.8 FTE (30.4 hours per week), permanent position available. Richmond location!
  • $67k base salary + 10.5% superannuation + NFP salary packaging options (more after tax $ in your pocket!)
  • Paid parental leave (14 weeks accessible after six months of employment)
