About the Position
The Director - Clinical Services Growth and Partnerships leads, sustains, and grows our self-funded integrated therapy clinical services nationally. This role requires a balance of clinical expertise, business acumen, innovation, and relationship skills to establish evidence-based services and develop and implement strategies for national scale.
- Full time permanent position.
- Milton based opportunity with hybrid flexible working.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and support for philanthropically funded therapeutic services.
- Identify and secure opportunities for national growth of philanthropically funded therapy services.
- Support development of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with best practice.
- Drive business activity through marketing and quality service provision.
- Analyse business data to support strategic growth initiatives.

About You
- A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or similar).
- Professional registration (if required) and membership of a relevant professional association (desirable).
- Qualification in business, marketing and/or postgraduate allied health or public health is highly desirable.
- Minimum of five years in senior leadership roles managing geographically dispersed services and teams, with strong organisational leadership, strategic planning, and goal-setting capabilities.
- Extensive experience in business and financial activities related to healthcare operations with a proven track record of leading teams to meet operational performance indicators and growth targets.
- Experience as an allied health practitioner providing clinical services.
Other Requirements
- Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
- Positive NDIS Worker Screening Check or professional exemption.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Willingness to undergo and pass a Child Safety Personal History Screening Check (LCS2)
- Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical exemption.
