About the Position

We are looking to welcome a Practice Supervisor to oversee the practice of a small team of practitioners who provide early intervention and case management services to families.

  • Part time (0.6FTE) position government funded until 30 June 2027 with possible extension.
  • Level 6 under the SCHCADS Award. Salary range is $106,390 - $111,093 (Pro-Rata) + Super.
  • Work flexibility – opportunity for flexible working patterns to suit your needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the professional practice of your team.
  • Manage a restricted caseload which involves delivering our family case-management program to families, caregivers, kids and young people.
  • Be an active consultant in your area of expertise.

About You

  • A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (allied health, social work, human services).
  • At least 5 years’ experience providing case-management and therapeutic services to families, caregivers, young people, and children in a child protection framework.
  • Relevant experience leading and supervising team members in similar practice related positions.
  • Ability to support teams that are located rurally and geographically dispersed.

Other Requirements

  • Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
  • Current driver’s licence.
  • Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical exemption.
