Role Overview:

• As a Senior Lawyer with ARC Justice, you’ll play a pivotal role in our legal practice.
• You’ll handle complex cases, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Roles are full-time with part-time considered.
• Hybrid and remote opportunities may also be available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Representation: Represent clients in court, negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
• Advice and Advocacy: Provide expert legal advice on diverse matters (family law, tenancy, civil etc.)
• Community Engagement: Collaborate with local communities, stakeholders, and other legal professionals.

Qualifications:

• Admission to Practice: You must be eligible for an unsupervised Practising Certificate in Victoria.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of legal practice.
• Passion: A genuine commitment to social justice and making a difference.
