AEIOU is a profit-for-purpose organisation, established in 2005 to deliver high-quality therapy and care. Our family-centred program meets the Guidelines for Good Practice and supports children with autism to develop essential life skills, independence, and confidence.
We are excited to offer experienced professionals the opportunity to join AEIOU in the critical role of Occupational Therapist
This is an exciting opportunity to support children with autism aged 2 - 6 years, in developing specific skills, social skills and mealtime management.
You will join a transdisciplinary team of peers in Behaviour Therapy, Speech Therapy and Early Education. This is a special role to work with our wonderful children and develop your skills in the field of autism-specific early intervention. You will see everyday the difference you make.
Utilising your skills as an Occupational Therapist with the principles of Behaviour Analysis (which we help you develop) you will create and implement intervention programs that assist our children to enhance their independence and quality of life.
Note: If you do not hold a current ‘Paid Employee Blue Card’ you will need to apply for and have approved a combined NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance and Employee Blue Card before you can commence employment).
