Are you passionate about empowering Aboriginal communities and enhancing health services for our Elders? The Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia (AHCWA) is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Greater Choices Project Officer (Palliative Care) (50D) to join our team.
As the Greater Choices Project Officer, you will be at the forefront of the Greater Choices for At Home Palliative Care (GCfAHPC) project. Your mission will be to enhance access to culturally appropriate, high-quality palliative care services at home for our older Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. You will coordinate with various health services, develop resources, and engage with communities to ensure their needs are met. This includes:
