About the Role

The Member Services Administration Officer is a fixed term 12-month role and an integral part of the WA team, contributing to the Institute’s ongoing growth and supporting colleagues while always providing a positive member experience, and delivering a practical, relevant and responsive service.

What will you bring?

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and client-facing roles, act as the first point of call, via the telephone, email and welcoming visitors arriving onsite when working in the office.
  • A strong focus on administration, membership services, event support, and assistance with awards programs.
  • Commitment to quality, customer service, and a culture of continuous improvement and supporting growth.
  • High-level written and oral communication skills with the ability to answer member queries via all Institute channels.
  • Commitment to good record-keeping and accuracy.
  • Willingness to support your team, and assist in providing accurate minutes of meetings, supporting the professional development programs, business development, and partnership programs.
  • Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of software. Skills in adobe suite, canva, website management software and other similar desk-topping software is an advantage.
  • Good awareness and a keen interest in social media marketing and networking is an advantage.
