Are you a responsible, energetic and experienced disability support worker who is looking for rewarding work supporting people to improve their quality of life?

The Allcare Community Support team is made up of people highly focused on making a difference and who take pride in their work and we are looking to expand that team.

We have a current requirement supporting a female client in the Heidelberg area for approximately 16 plus hours per week.

Social outings, personal care, domestic duties and other support will form part of the requirement. Turkish language skills would be an additional plus.

We are also looking for additional experienced casual disability support workers who have a broad range of experience, for other areas of Melbourne and would look forward to receiving your application providing you meet the criteria below.

Summary of Key Selection Criteria

• Reliable and dedicated
• Minimum of Certificate IV in Community Services/Diploma in Youth Work, Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability/personal care, and 2 years plus experience preferred.
• Current Level 2 First aid HLTAID003 and CPR certification and other compliance documentation will be required.
• Ability to think laterally and manage challenging situations to achieve positive outcomes.
• Ability to work independently.
• A high level of customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
