Dementia and Aged Care Services Australia (DACS) is a leading not-for-profit organisation providing a range of quality aged community services across New South Wales.
With steady growth in the sector, we are now seeking a Home Care Manager to oversee, lead and build all aspects of our community services in NSW. The Home Care Manager will oversee the Home Care Packages (HCP) Program and the transition to Support at Home Program.
The Home Care Manager will manage teams that deliver services across Central Coast, Southern Highlands, Mid North Coast, Northern Rivers and New England. The role will be based in Port Macquarie. The role will be provided with a fully funded motor vehicle as it will involve regular intrastate travel.
