Do you have a passion for helping others and a knack for bringing people together? This rewarding role (30.4 hours per week) is all about connecting seniors in Melbourne's Southeast with amazing volunteers!

As our Volunteer Coordinator, you'll be the heart of our program, ensuring seniors feel socially included and supported. Here's what you'll be doing:

• You'll recruit, train, and support volunteers who bring joy and connection to seniors' lives.
• You'll connect volunteers with seniors based on shared interests, ensuring everyone thrives.
• You'll maintain records and use a handy online system to manage volunteer placements.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a heart for helping seniors: Your passion for making a difference will shine through.
• Is a whiz at recruiting and training: You'll find amazing volunteers and help them feel confident in their role.
• Loves keeping things organised: Great computer skills and a knack for staying on top of things are essential.
• Understands senior support services: Knowing the landscape of senior care will be a plus!

This role is based in Melbourne's Southeast Region.

All applicants must consent to complete a national criminal record check and admin skills test. As a government-funded organisation, AMCS has to follow government directives so evidence of the COVID-19 vaccination or exemption will be required.
