We also support Dolly’s Dream to help change the culture of bullying by addressing the impact of bullying, anxiety, depression and youth suicide, through education and direct support to young people and families.
eSmart is underpinned by the eSafety Commissioner’s Best Practice Framework for Online Safety Education, an evidence-based best practice framework for a nationally consistent approach to online safety education in schools.
eSmart has a whole school approach, ensuring that online safety is embedded in school leadership, governance, and culture. Schools self-select and/or work with an eSmart Advisor to plan their eSmart journey based on the specific needs of their students, school community and curriculum plans.
Reporting into eSmart Schools Team Leader, the eSmart Advisor - Specialist Schools provides tailored support to specialist schools, working with them to set, achieve and maintain their commitment to online safety, and create a culture that promotes the positive use of digital technology.
Formally based in South Melbourne the eSmart Advisor – Specialist Schools will predominately work with specialist schools in Victoria.
