RSPCA is Victoria’s best-known and most respected animal welfare organisation. Working collaboratively with the community, RSPCA is the leading voice for animal welfare, provides care for Victoria’s most vulnerable animals and through community outreach programs works to prevent animal cruelty and neglect before it happens. All this is done in order to achieve RSPCA’s vision of “ending cruelty to all animals”.

The Head of Corporate Services is a critical role within RSPCA Victoria, responsible for the delivery of the organisation’s strategy and performance. A newly created role, it will ensure that the right functions are in place to support the overall performance of the organisation in achieving its goals.

To be considered for this role you will have significant experience in senior leadership roles, developing and implementing people strategies and overseeing diverse teams within a shared services function.

You will demonstrate the ability to build a positive culture, partnering with the business to support the implementation of the strategic, tactical and operational objectives. With strong financial acumen and a track record for improving the financial sustainability of an organisation, you will also have the technical nous to enhance value and improve efficiency through the use of technology.

Of equal importance will be the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in a Not-for-Profit will be favourably considered, but not essential.
