BRADAAG is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation incorporated with the Office of the Register of Indigenous Corporations (ORIC) under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (CATSI Act). Based in Tennant Creek in the Barkly region of the Northern Territory, BRADAAG provides residential and non-residential facilities and programs to assist in the reduction of harm from alcohol and other drug issues. BRADAAG provides three programs, Residential Rehabilitation, Aftercare/Outreach and a Sobering Up Shelter.

The Wellbeing Manager position was developed from recommendations of a comprehensive Program Review undertaken at the direction of the BRADAAG Board of Directors.

The Wellbeing Manager will work with the BRADAAG Board of Directors, the General Manager, expert advisers and other key stakeholders to develop, implement and manage the new Wellbeing Program, provision of evidence-based counselling of clients and clinical supervision of staff. The appointee should have a tertiary qualification in Alcohol and other Drug Studies, Nursing, Social Work or Psychology (or similar) and demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people in a residential Alcohol and Drug rehabilitation environment.
