About the Position

A team leader offers guidance and support to Home Care and Support service workers assisting in recruitment & orientation, care plan development as well as client communication. Our Cleveland service is looking for a Team Leader to join our team on a Full-time contact.

About You

Our Team Leaders are great at multi tasking. You will have the ability to direct client care as delegated through a care plan, apply your knowledge of funding programs and organise staff training.

What we look for:

• Certificate IV in Home & Community Care or equivalent
• A current National Police Certificate
• Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification
