We are expanding our Navigator program! The Navigator Program is an intensive, targeted, education support service where Case Managers work in collaboration with schools, young people, families, and external stakeholders to find ways to achieve educational goals.
In 2023-24, 847 young people were supported to re-engage with their education through the Navigator program.

Navigator operates a school re-engagement program supporting young people 12-17yrs to explore education pathways and return to education.
Utilising your experience working with schools, this Senior Case Management (Brief Interventions and Youth Counselling) position will support young people who have disengaged from education. Your dual role will be split in to short term, solution focused interventions 2 days per week in your case management role and the 1 day per week you will provide counselling using your therapeutic skills aligned to the goal of re-engagement.
