Hours: 22.8 hours, 3 days per week. 1 group in Sunshine, 1 group in Werribee and 1 day planning and providing online parenting support.
Deliver our Navigator Boost Groups- Education Re-engagement programs- that run once a week in school term for 12-17yr olds and deliver parent information sessions that operate online after hours twice per term.
Navigator Western Melbourne operates a school re-engagement program supporting young people 12-17yrs to explore education pathways and return to education. Utilising your experience working with schools, this Case Management (Boost Groups) position will support young people who have disengaged from education and their parents through the delivery of groups.
