Your role:

The part time Executive Assistant to the Regional Director and Management team @ Anglicare Victoria is based at our well located office space in Preston. Supporting management to deliver high quality services and support to vulnerable families across Melbourne.

Your core role is to provide executive support the Director and look after the day-to-day including diary and email management and coordination of high level correspondence and documentation. (Please see Position Description for more detail).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and a down to earth collaborative working style
  • The ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, anticipate needs and organise yourself and others to generate the best outcomes 

The important stuff:

  • $100,000 Total Remuneration Package at full time, please pro rata.
  • Part time hours, 3 days per week, 22.8 hours.
  • Based at our office in Preston.
