About the role: 

The Executive Assistant role is pivotal in supporting the organisation to deliver services across Victoria, working with the Director of Client Services.  The role is busy and the right person, will have the ability to juggle competing tasks, set priorities and coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. 

As a career driven Executive Assistant with significant experience, you will have the ability to bring your skills to everything from, diary management, preparing correspondence, drafting monthly reports, coordinating papers for meetings and taking minutes.  Along with supporting the functional governance in respect to coordinating policy and procedure reviews, department submissions and taking on projects to support the broader team and leverage your skills.

About our ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with significant experience, with the ability to contribute to the effective operation and communication of the Directors Client Services office and the broader organisation,
  • Ability to juggle the day to day of a busy office including diary management, inbox management, report and papers preparation and coordination, prepare minutes and work on agreed and identified projects.
  • Highly developed written communication skills including the ability to write clearly and concisely, prepare written reports and with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while determining priorities and meeting agreed deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Package Software including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Ability to contribute to an inclusive and positive workplace culture and working effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to always maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
