Your role:

The full time fixed term contract covering parental leave as the Executive Support Officer in the CEO's office at Anglicare Victoria. You are a key member of this dynamic, supportive and passionate team working to better the lives of disadvantaged Victorians.

Your core role is to provide support to the EA and look after the day-to-day operations of the CEO office including general email management, meeting coordination, office events and minute taking.

The skills you will use day to day:

  • Be pro-active, highly organised and flexible in your approach.
  • Coordinate meetings for Executive Group and Central Office Directors.
  • Take minutes for Executive Group and Central Office Directors when required.
  • Coordinate office events.
  • Coordinate visits to other sites.
  • To demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • To cultivate a collaborative working environment, using highly developed interpersonal skills and a down to earth collaborative working style.
