With the recent release of the Rental Stress Support package funding, Anglicare Victoria are excited to be able to expand the provision of our Financial Counselling services statewide, providing professional financial counselling services to support Victorians experiencing rental stress.

    To Be Successful in this Position You Will Need:

    • Qualification in Diploma of Community Services – Financial Counselling (or actively studying)  
    • An understanding of the impact of environmental factors affecting financial independence on individuals, families and communities.  Experience in working with clients who have experienced family violence would be highly desirable.
    • Well-developed verbal and written interpersonal skills.
    • The ability to work independently and also as part of a team
    • Demonstrated resilience to work with and support clients who have been exposed to trauma

    Please Note: It is mandatory for the successful applicant to hold a Working with Children Check and be prepared to undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to commencement.
