We are expanding our Navigator program! The Navigator Program is an intensive, targeted, education support service where Case Managers work in collaboration with schools, young people, families, and external stakeholders to find ways to achieve educational goals.
In 2023-24, 847 young people were supported to re-engage with their education through the Navigator program.

The primary goal of the position is to provide active holding assistance and conduct intake assessments for young people waiting to support to re-engage back into mainstream education.
You will be supporting referrals for young people (12 - 17yrs) who have disconnected from school and assisting their carers/guardians. You will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, comprising of a Team Leader, Senior Case Managers, Brief interventions Worker, a Groups Facilitator and other relevant services, bringing expertise and valuable understanding in specialist aspects pertaining to current disengagement challenges.
