This is a leadership position that sits across a range of Family & Community Services Programs delivered by Anglicare Victoria in the Hume Merri-bek Region, including:
The Practice Leader will support the Program Manager in the provision of practice leadership, ongoing quality improvement and program development across the Family Services suite of programs. This involves the provision of leadership and support to Team Leaders and their teams in enhancing practice, program compliance and implementation of sector reform.
This position is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership and program development skills and practice expertise in child and family services.
