The Navigator Program is an intensive, targeted, education support service where Case Managers work in collaboration with schools, young people, families, and external stakeholders to find ways to achieve educational goals.
In 2023-24, 847 young people were supported to re-engage with their education through the Navigator program.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, comprising of a Team Leader, Intake and Assessment Workers, Senior Case Managers and Specialist Workers.
You will be working with Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Youth and Families to support young people (12 - 17yrs) who have disconnected from school. With a focus on connection to culture and community, you will help young people identify their skills, interests and aspirations and alleviate barriers to their participation in education alongside their parents/carers bringing expertise and valuable understanding of Indigenous culture to the role and the team around you.
