The program Intensive Case Management program is part of the Department of Families Fairness and Housing (DFFH) response to addressing the needs of high-risk adolescents up to 18 years of age who are subject to a statutory order. The program is outcome focused and draws from a strengths based/client centred approach to provide a high level of case management and case contracting support with an overall focus on safety, stability and wellbeing.
Please Note: It is mandatory for the successful applicant to hold a current Working with Children Check and be prepared to undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to commencement.
