headspace are a busy and innovative youth mental health service providing a variety of mental health, medical, sexual and other health related services as well as vocational, functional groups and social services to young people aged 12 to 25 years and their families.
As the Clinical Lead at headspace, you'll be at the forefront of providing compassionate and effective care to young people and their families experiencing early psychosis. In this role, you'll provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to our committed Early Psychosis Team, ensuring that interventions are not just evidence-based but also tailored to meet the unique developmental needs of our clients.
You will provide direct clinical care to a small caseload of young people who are experiencing or are at risk of experiencing their first episode of psychosis. Additionally, you'll provide line management to a team of dedicated staff, guiding them in delivering exceptional care to our clients and their families.
Working closely with the Program Manager Early Psychosis, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clinical services align with the Australian Early Psychosis Guidelines and the headspace model. Collaboration with the Clinical Director and other stakeholders will be key to maintaining our commitment to evidence-based care.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you'll lead quality assurance initiatives such as file auditing and clinical reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our team.
