About the Opportunity

Anglicare NT’s Partnership Support Service (PSS) is founded on respectful two-way partnerships with Aboriginal controlled organisations to deliver strong and sustainable services, prioritising shared learning, respect, and strong relationships.

Based in Darwin, this role oversees the innovative Partnership Support Service (PSS), a social enterprise dedicated to empowering Aboriginal Controlled Organisations in the delivery of human services.

Driven by the needs of our partners the Director will:

  • Lead and develop the PSS, ensuring sustainable and impactful partnerships.
  • Provide high-quality, culturally safe, and cost-effective professional services.
  • Manage complex projects, fulfil contract obligations, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Promote and grow the PSS through strategic marketing and partnership development.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong commitment to Aboriginal self-determination and social justice.
  • Higher education qualifications in social sciences or a business-related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including within senior management roles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, strategic writing, and business management skills.
  • The ability to navigate complex environments and maintain meaningful stakeholder relationships.
