About the Opportunity

You will provide professional, culturally respectful and friendly front of office phone and face to face reception and administration services at our Head Office.

You will welcome clients, staff, visitors and the general public; make travel, vehicles, room and accommodation bookings, create purchase orders and prepare invoices; provide information and manage queries; coordinate use and maintenance of facilities.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Business/ Administration Studies, or equivalent experience in a relevant role.
  • A passion for providing high quality reception and front office services to staff, service providers and the general public.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment to ensure communication and interactions including with people from Indigenous and Culturally & Linguistically Diverse backgrounds are respectful.
  • Excellent people skills, and a commitment to quality internal customer service along with a flexible, helpful, and hardworking disposition.

In relation to COVID-19, this includes a primary course (dose one and two) and booster dose within one month of becoming eligible for booster dose (subject to medical exceptions).
