About the Opportunity

As a Maintenance Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in providing essential maintenance services to clients of Anglicare NT Aged Care and Disability Services. Under the Commonwealth Home Support Program, Home Care Packages, and NDIS, you'll ensure that homes and yards are kept in optimal condition for our valued service users.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide basic home and yard maintenance services in a culturally respectful manner.
  • Follow a regular schedule set by the Manager to ensure timely maintenance for identified service users.
  • Work collaboratively within the Respite, Aged, and Disability team to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Adhere to Work Health and Safety requirements to ensure a safe working environment for all.

What You'll Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in grounds keeping, general maintenance, and building/property repairs.
  • Ability to maintain equipment and machinery effectively.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work unsupervised when needed.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality services that enhance the lives of our clients.
