The Microfinance worker NILS works closely with people earning a low income, establishing positive saving habits and developing their financial literacy skills. You will assist clients with NILS applications, conduct interviews, monitor loan repayments, and refer participants to support services. You will work closely with other Anglicare NT services to implement community engagement strategies that build local community awareness of the NILS program and develop and maintain an effective referral network of community groups and relevant organisations, promoting NILS to ensure they remain well informed of the NILS program.
