About the Program

The Quality Impact & Development team resources and builds capacity with internal stakeholders. It collaborates on projects that contribute to organisational development, quality and compliance processes, and priority improvement activities. The team’s work helps strengthen evidence-based practice and delivers key events, internal forums, practice related training and skills development activities.

About the Opportunity

In this role you will provide high-level administrative, technical, logistical and project support for the Quality Impact & Development team. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining the Document Control System and library of policies and procedures, as well as supporting various accreditation, compliance, and continuous improvement processes. You will collaborate with team members in offering essential database support for Anglicare NT and be part of a team passionate in supporting the delivery of quality services.

About You

We’re looking for an individual who works well in a team and has excellent written and verbal communications skills and a keen eye for detail – someone who loves to “get their ducks in a row”. You will be adaptable in building collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation and bringing them to work together to support quality initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • A Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma qualifications in Administration, Business, Project Management, Auditing, or a field of study complementary to the position
  • Minimum of the equivalent of five (5) years’ work experience in relevant role
  • Demonstrated skills in maintaining administrative processes, databases and registers, generating reports using narrative and data, creating templates and formatting, document development using a variety of software
  • Knowledge of accreditation, quality assurance, compliance, auditing, and continuous improvement processes
