About the OPPORTUNITY

You will be based in Alice Springs, NT and oversee diverse community services in Alice Springs and resource place-based, outreach and capacity building activities across the broader Central Australian and Barkly regions.

You will mentor senior staff, sustain teams, lead projects, and manage regional performance. Using strengths-based case management, quality care and tailored supports, teams will enable people and their families / carers to resolve challenges, build resilience and achieve their aspirations. You will partner with stakeholders to support community building and regional initiatives focused on building safe, inclusive, and thriving communities.

ABOUT YOU

The right candidate will be a highly capable and recognised leader in human services with extensive experience in casework, service coordination and operational management. Continuous improvement, collaborative approaches, social justice, and effective stakeholder engagement are in your DNA.

You understand the challenges, opportunities and what it takes to strengthen service systems and provide quality supports in regional areas. You respect lived experience, value diversity, understand the issues that impact Aboriginal and Torres Trait Islander people, and are skilled at navigating complexity.

REMUNERATION

In return for your drive, commitment, and contribution you will be part of an innovative organisation and join the Anglicare NT Leadership Team where shared decision-making is valued. You will have access to unique professional development opportunities and receive an attractive salary package which includes:

• SCHADS Base Salary Level 8 $125,268.75 per annum + Super (11.5%)
• Five weeks annual leave
• Salary packaging an additional $15,900 per annum
• Access to fleet vehicle for home garaging
• Relocation assistance (if moving from outside of Alice Springs).

4. Current Northern Territory Driver’s Licence or the ability to obtain on arrival
5. NDIS Worker Registration (or willingness to obtain on appointment)
6. COVID-19 Vaccinations (primary plus 2 boosters) subject to medical exemptions.
