We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated junior organiser to join our team in our South Australian office.
You will be part of a small team that plans and implements campaigns to build the strength of the union and deliver good industrial outcomes.
You will understand the issues facing highly skilled and qualified workers and the capability to apply organising tools and methods with sensitivity and purpose in response to these issues.
Under the supervision of your Director, you will work with members and workplace leaders across the diverse industries we represent including power, pharmacy, IT, and the state and federal public sectors.

Whilst the position is based in the Adelaide CBD, staff currently have access to working from home options.
As the focus of this role is on the organisation of workplaces, you will be required to visit workplaces across metropolitan Adelaide in line with public health advice and safe work practices.
