We are currently recruiting for an Organiser to join our dedicated and energetic NSW/ ACT team. If you have strong communication skills and have a passion for supporting people to build power at work, then this role will suit you.

About the job

Key Responsibilities & Functions

• Planning and delivering organising activities in existing and new workplaces
• Increasing PA membership
• Building workplace representative and organising structures
• Motivating, coaching and developing the skills of members and workplace leaders to campaign, negotiate and act collectively on workplace issues
• Engaging in enterprise bargaining negotiations
• Communicating with members and providing them with advice and information on industrial relations issues

Conditions of Employment

The entry level salary for the position is $84,000 (plus superannuation). A higher rate of pay will be dependent upon the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
