Key Responsibilities:
- Assists the delivery and implementation of the Association’s development programmes, including English Conversation Group (ECG), Leadership Education Advocacy and Development (L.E.A.D.), Student Staff Partnership (SSP) and more.
- Communicate and coordinate with Student Leads on the curriculum and pedagogical designs of ECG, L.E.A.D. and SSP, and assisting with the respective programmes.
- Assist Student Leads in developing learning management database for the various development programmes, with programme content, talent recruitment, and resources.
- Report and attend various committees, as required by the Association structure.
- Provide key qualitative and quantitative data across all programmes for Association reporting and to inform future development programmes’ delivery practices.
- Engage in student-centred design practices and maintain an active and positive tertiary experience.
- Other activities that enhance the public confidence in the quality of the Associations’ development programmes.

Specific position requirements::
- Part-Time working rights in Australia.
- A minimum of 20 hours per week to fulfil the responsibilities.
- A Postgraduate qualification (AQF Level 9 or above).

Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in coordinating or participating in academic or student development programmes.
- Experience in curriculum design and the development of learning management systems.
- Proven ability to manage resources effectively and execute programme sessions.
- Prior involvement in planning and executing academic events.
- Ability to engage with diverse student groups and promote inclusivity in programme activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Commitment to enhancing the overall student experience through innovative and effective development programmes.
- Previous experience or familiarity with student-led organisations, unions or associations in the tertiary sector.
