Our compassionate team of staff a throughout the metro and regional areas, provide quality services and support to more than 10,000 children, youth, adults and families affected by mental illness every year.
The Carer Support Planner provides carer focused services and consult with carers to identify their goals and ensure an appropriate support plan is prepared, implemented, and evaluated. You will need to have the ability to work one evening shift per week (11:30am to 7:36pm), and be comfortable working autonomously.

This position undertakes a combination of duties including administration, budgeting, contractor engagement and some scheduling; so being adaptive to change and being flexible in how work is undertaken, and excellent communication skills are a prerequisite.
