The Position

Arrabri Community House is seeking an Administration Officer on a permanent part time basis.

The Arrabri Community House Administration Officer is responsible for professional, high quality and friendly customer service and the provision of administrative services. The position will co-ordinate all enquiries and bookings for the facility to ensure efficient and effective utilisation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for the House, will possess excellent customer service skills and will be responsible for:

  • All aspects of customer service, general receptions duties and phone enquiries
  • Provide administrative support including correspondence, minutes, reports and undertake administrative duties
  • Coordinating and producing promotional material, updating website, social media posts and monitoring social media platforms
  • Co-ordinate bookings for social and general hire
  • Conducting tours of Arrabri's facilities
