At Aruma, we support people with disabilities to live great lives. It's the reason we exist - after all, why should anyone have to settle for anything less? And to make this a reality, we rely on the skill and commitment of our Aruma team.
Our Aruma team is an incredible bunch of people. They're bold, brave and courageous. They see possibilities where others may not. They stand up for the things that matter and stand together as a team. And while they're serious about human rights, they have a knack for finding joy in life - even in the most unexpected places.
When you're part of the Aruma team, you're not just supporting people. You're pioneering new paths, challenging assumptions, daring to think differently and telling society to raise its bar higher.
The Flexible Support Hub Lead role is integral to support, and be the first point of contact for our managers, teams, customers and our customer's families.
You are a passionate team player who demonstrates an enhanced working knowledge of a human rights based approach and role models Arumas BRAVE values in all aspects of your work. Your strong initiative and approach to continuous improvement has contributed to your experience of identifying gaps in practice and making suggestions to improve reporting, administrative processes, development of policy and best practice in services. These approaches, combined with a high level of motivation, autonomy and ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders, inspires confidence and enables you to make a difference.
If this sounds like a step forward to support your career aspirations and development, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining why you would like to be considered.
