As MEAL Specialist, you will lead the implementation of ASHM’s Global Division MEAL Plan, working with Program Managers to undertake MEAL project level activities and working with local partner organisations to strengthen their MEAL capacity. ASHM’s Global Program focuses on countries in the Indo-Pacific region.
ASHM represents healthcare professionals in HIV, BBV and sexual and reproductive health. We partner and collaborate to enhance workforce capacity and strengthen health systems to address stigma and barriers to care.
As a trusted community of practice, we provide resources, training, conferences and advocacy. Join us in eliminating harm, improving wellbeing and protecting diverse communities.
Candidates must have at least seven years’ experience in MEAL, including within international programs.

With a passion for and expertise in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning within international projects, you will add value to the ASHM Global Division team and projects. Your qualifications could include a post graduate degree in public health or monitoring & evaluation.
