The NSW Doctors' Union (ASMOF) is searching for a passionate and strategic Union Organiser to join our team and fight for fairer treatment and improved working conditions for doctors across NSW.

Here's what you'll do:

• Develop and execute campaigns to boost membership and amplify the doctor's voice.
• Empower doctors to take collective action and advocate for themselves.
• Build strong relationships with members, identify leaders, and cultivate a network of active delegates.
• Analyse data and leverage modern organising techniques to achieve lasting change.

You're a perfect fit if you have:

• Proven experience in union organising or worker advocacy.
• A deep understanding of organising frameworks and online strategies.
• The ability to build strong relationships and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for social justice and a commitment to union principles.
