Accessible Diversity Services Initiative Limited (ADSI) is a community based, non-profit organization established to promote the principles of multiculturalism, access, equity, and social justice in the communities we serve. We provide a broad range of services including settlement, children & family, emergency relief, homelessness, aged care and disability supports.
You can find out more about us on our website: www.adsi.org.au.
We’re looking for a caseworker passionate about quality care to oversee care and support for care recipients of both our Home Care Packages (HCP) and NDIS. We want someone who delivers high quality customer service and is focused on the best outcomes for our clients and their families.
This is a busy role but we keep case levels intentionally low to ensure you have time to really focus on your clients. As we have a small culturally diverse team we need a team player with strong communication skills, a love of working with people, and who is happy working independently when required. If your work experience covers managing individual funding, including assessments, budgeting and care planning, and you have a track record of strong client satisfaction then we want to hear from you.
We’d love someone who has experience in both Aged Care and NDIS but training will be given to the right applicant so if you don’t tick all the boxes but think the role sounds right for you please still apply.
Please submit:
1.Your most recent resume, and
2. A statement addressing the essential and desirable selection criteria.
Please note: We’re not engaging recruiters for this role.
