The Case Worker provides casework support to migrants in transition within a number of programs. You will provide individualised support to clients to identify strengths and needs and assist in setting and attaining identified goals and work with other agencies and organisations in a collaborative approach to source appropriate support for clients. You will also contribute to co-design process and adapt and innovate ways of working in order to improve Red Cross’s response to the needs of migrants in transition
