Contribute to enabling regional operational goals and work plans and to lead teams to ensure high quality service delivery that achieves sustainable outcomes for clients and communities. The Team Leader provides guidance and leadership to a diverse and dedicated group of staff and volunteers working across community programs at the Townsville Wellbeing Centre. The Townsville Wellbeing Centre provides safe and welcoming accommodation for people living in remote and regional Queensland while they receive outpatient care from the hospital. At the Centre, Red Cross also has two small teams that provide case management support to parents and families, predominately from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds, and a team that facilitates a mobile playgroup program within local primary schools. This rewarding role will allow you to utilise your leadership and operational skills across a number of rewarding and creative programs.
