About the role

As Management Account, you will provide ACF with the necessary information and operational infrastructure to manage its financial and operational requirements.

The role encompasses month-end reconciliations, daily financial processes, legal and regulatory compliance, fee-for-service support, and general support for the Finance & Operations Lead and Chief Financial & Operations Officer.

As someone who loves working with numbers, you are passionate about managing finances well to help organisations perform.

You’re an experienced accountant, renowned for being organised and efficient while managing a range of tasks. You can work precisely despite time pressures and competing priorities.

Not afraid to roll up your sleeves, you take initiative when required and enjoy solving problems.

You’re a team player who works cohesively in a small team as well as autonomously. You are committed to building strong relationships with your team as well as external stakeholders.

You have strong values and bring a positive and supportive attitude to your work.

Relevant professional experience is essential. Experience in the for-purpose sector will be highly regarded.

The successful applicant will have:

• At least 3–5 years’ experience in accounting profession
• Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance and/or related discipline
• The right to work in Australia and able to provide necessary documentation if requested.
