ABOUT UNITED WAY AUSTRALIA

We have been helping Australians in communities to reach their full potential for more than 60 years. Our model of change is to empower children and young people through flagship early childhood and youth transition to employment initiatives. We also work to develop new approaches which challenge the status quo in tackling complex social issues, including our innovative business community partnerships model and collective impact work.

Whilst an Australian charity, United Way Australia (UWA) is affiliated with United Way Worldwide, the world’s largest privately funded non-government organisation (NGO) working in over 37 countries and embedded in over 1,100 communities. With more than 130 years of experience globally in tackling community disadvantage and developing effective collaborative partnerships we have a large knowledge and resource bank to support us.

  • Use CRM tools to keep records of donor engagement and share tailored impact reporting to donors.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate for this role will ideally have:

  • Demonstrated ability to write compelling and persuasive material of the highest quality and accuracy.
  • A warm, genuine, and friendly nature with outstanding relationship management capabilities.
  • Well-developed spoken and interpersonal skills.
