The role is based in Garramilla/Darwin or Mparntwe/Alice Springs. We are open to flexible working arrangements and working from other locations in the NT for the right candidate.
The role will include travel within the NT as well as occasional interstate travel, for which a budget is provided, along with a budget for office space or home office setup.
This is a full-time position with a starting annual salary of $98,020, plus 11.5% superannuation. Applicants wishing to work 4 days a week are encouraged to apply. This is a fixed-term contract to December 2025. Salary increases annually under the Australian Greens Collective Agreement.
The funding arrangements for the role will be reviewed in 2025 and the role may be extended.
The NT Greens Party Manager is entitled to 6 weeks of paid annual leave and 10 days of personal leave. The Party Manager is an employee of the NT Greens and is subject to the conditions of the Australian Greens Staff Collective Agreement.
