THE ROLE

The Membership Co-ordinator plays a vital role in supporting and engaging with our organic community. From handling membership renewals and onboarding to providing exceptional customer service and supporting accounts receivable, you will be at the forefront of our membership services. This role is essential for maintaining smooth workflows across departments and ensuring accurate financial processes. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and have a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you!

You will be responsible for:

  • Memberships Support
  • Supporting Accounts receivable
  • Call Handling and Enquiries
  • General Administrative Duties

YOUR APPROACH AND EXPERIENCE

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all tasks, big or small, are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Effective Communicator: You communicate clearly and professionally, enhancing teamwork and providing exceptional service to colleagues and clients.
  • Adaptable and Proactive: You are always ready to take initiative and adapt to the changing needs of the office environment.
  • Team Player with a Positive Attitude: You bring a friendly and cooperative spirit to the team, contributing to a harmonious and productive workplace.
  • Organised and Reliable: You manage your time effectively, ensuring that all responsibilities are handled promptly and reliably.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience within Xero and CRMs highly regarded
  • Friendly and punctual.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Customer service or admin experience is desirable.
