We’re looking for a Fundraising and Partnerships Coordinator who can volunteer in a hybrid role both remotely (online) for 3 months then in country for 9 months in Tanzania.
You’ll be working alongside program staff to develop, implement and communicate the organisation's fundraising strategy as well as support the management of relationships with partners and donors.
To be considered for this role you’ll need relevant qualifications and experience in developing successful proposals, as well as budgeting competencies with a background in philanthropy funding.
As a volunteer you will be supporting the development of youth in Tanzania.
Restless Development Tanzania, based in Dar es Salaam, is a leading development agency working on championing youth leadership in Tanzania which has evolved into an organisation with national reach. They respond to a growing generation of youth, and associated socio-economic challenges, through developing youth leadership and securing the power of youth to play a bigger role in development.
The volunteer would support the shaping of how Restless Development Tanzania can restore power to young leaders through fundraising and partnerships in line with the ambitions of the organisation's Resourcing Strategy. They will work in cooperation with the organisation's Resourcing Team to better align the resource mobilisation strategy and the organisation's strategic plan.

There are two allowances for a hybrid assignment.
The allowance for the in-country phase is AUD$ 1825 per month, the allowance for the remote phase is AUD$ 79 per month.
