  • Salary: $72,832.50 FTE (SCHADS Award Level 3.1) + 11.5% superannuation and access to salary packaging
  • Flexible working arrangements, work from home Monday and Friday

Job Description

This diverse communications role will help our volunteers, donors, partners and the broader public see how they are making a difference in the lives of children and young people living in communities facing disadvantage – and how they can continue to do so.

The successful candidate will use their strong organisational and creativity skills to coordinate Ardoch’s communication resources, help create stories and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders using a range of channels.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • We are looking for a motivated, solutions-focussed individual with exceptional organisational and communication skills that wants to make a difference to the lives of children facing disadvantage
  • Someone who loves communications in all its forms: social media, direct mail proposals, internal comms and even writing receipts
  • Someone who will be excited about connecting to audiences, whether it is sending a thank-you to a five-year-old fundraiser, developing packs for teachers or calling a CEO
  • Someone with a high level of computer skills, including Wordpress, Salesforce and Canva.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will be:

  • Helping to develop and implement Ardoch’s communications
  • Looking after vital communications resources, including our website, social media and images
  • Working with staff across Ardoch to help them communicate effectively with their key stakeholders
